Truth is: if you wait for time to magically appear, it won’t.
You don’t “find” time — you make it. And sometimes? You gotta throw elbows to protect it.

💡 Here’s how to shift your mindset and calendar:

1️⃣ Schedule your workouts like non-negotiable appointments. You wouldn’t cancel on your dentist (well, unless you hate flossing). Treat your body with even more respect.
2️⃣ Short on time? Do 10 minutes. It still counts. Your metabolism doesn’t need perfection — just consistency.
3️⃣ Stop asking “Do I feel like it?” Ask: “Will I feel better after?” (Spoiler alert: yes. Every time.)
4️⃣ You’re not “too busy.” You’re just accidentally prioritizing everything else. Time to flip the script.
5️⃣ Remember: energy creates energy. Workout now = less cranky later. (Your family will thank you.)
