Here’s a quick 10-Minute No-Excuse Workout you can do anywhere:
👉 1 min squats
👉 1 min push-ups (wall, knees, or toes)
👉 1 min glute bridges
👉 1 min plank (modify as needed)
👉 1 min jumping jacks or march in place
🔁 Repeat 2x = DONE.
