We gathered for a staff luncheon to slow down, connect, and recognize the people who keep the work moving every day. Good food, good conversation, and a room full of experience and commitment.

Minority-owned construction firms make up a significant share of the industry, yet still receive a smaller share of major contracts. NAMC plays a real role in closing that gap by connecting leaders, capital, and opportunity.
