Let me start by saying if you need lactation support I really wish it was easily covered by all existing insurance (similar to other preventive care. Insurance is really annoying!! But if you are seeing these posts from other LCs, a major company (TLN) just dropped a bunch of plans or are limiting visits. Nothing is changing here. Anthem plans are covered, as are most PPO and EPO plans. Most at unlimited visits. It is very plan specific so we will help you get your benefits checked.
