The real flex is turning your wounds into wisdom and your pain into purpose, who agrees?

When I was in my early 20s I struggled with severe gut issues to the point where they wanted to remove my entire large intestine.

l thank God for that low moment because I wouldn’t be doing the work that I do with functional medicine, healing, and and the would not exist.

All of my struggles catapulted me into a life of digging much deeper, finding healing through doing the deep internal work, and a newfound purpose in functional medicine.

Root Cause became my obsession, which led to a much greater journey.

By 26, I healed all of my gut issues and made it buy mission to help others on their own healing journey. But little did I realize that this was just the beginning.

Today I empower others to heal and optimize their physical and emotional wellbeing so that they can create the health, wealth, and life they desire.

This is the true root cause worth fighting for.

Your life will massively change when you start putting your physical, mental, and spiritual health at the forefront.

Health is incredibly underrated but in reality it’s the greatest personal development you can ever do AND the greatest investment you can make into relationships, love, business, and the life you ultimately desire.

When health is absent, so is creativity, joy, play, and ambition.

Health is not just the absence of disease but a wholeness that involves physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

To me this means:
—Getting sunlight and getting in nature
—Leaning into play and rest while simultaneously supporting a mission and purpose I believe in
—Relationships that are good for my nervous system
—Eating real, whole food
—Gut health
—Lifting heavy sh*t
—Connecting with God
—Gratitude and meditation
—Doing the deep inner work
—Learning into intuition and listening to my body’s needs
—Embracing sensuality
—Dancing and other self-expression
—Quality sleep
