Because of supporters like you, The Bridge Breast Network continues to provide lifesaving early detection, treatment, and survivorship services to uninsured and underinsured individuals across North Texas. February is American Heart Month, and heart disease remains the leading cause of death for women in the United States. Many of the same healthy habits that support heart health—regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, maintaining a healthy weight, and routine checkups—also play an important role in supporting breast health.

Studies show that staying physically active and prioritizing preventive care can help lower the risk of both heart disease and certain cancers. Taking care of your body means taking care of your whole self.

At The Bridge Breast Network, we encourage individuals to prioritize their health, stay informed, and seek preventive screenings and follow-up care without delay.

🎗️World Cancer Day reminds us that access to care saves lives.

Around the world, millions of people are affected by cancer each year, yet many face obstacles that prevent them from receiving timely screening, diagnosis, and treatment. World Cancer Day is a global call to action to raise awareness, improve access, and reduce disparities in cancer care.

Breast cancer does not affect everyone equally. Too many individuals encounter barriers such as lack of insurance, limited financial resources, or delays in accessing essential care—barriers that can directly impact outcomes.

The Bridge Breast Network exists to ensure that no one faces breast cancer alone or without care. Through education, early detection, and treatment access, we help bridge the gap for those who need it most.

Today, we stand in support of patients, survivors, and families—and reaffirm our commitment to compassionate, equitable, and timely care for all. 🎗️
