Dallastown Medical Associates, a privately owned Physician's office, is in need of a full and/or part-time MLS(ASCP) or MT(ASCP). 2-3 years of experience preferred but a new graduate would also be welcomed. We are licensed by CLIA and perform Chemistry, Hematology, Immunochemistry, and HPLC testing. Offering $35 an hour - phlebotomy preferred but not mandatory, no Holidays, Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm with occasional Saturdays. We offer PTO, health insurance to employees that average 30+ hours/week, uniform allowance, as well as a relaxed, family atmosphere. We are a busy, independent, Family Practice looking for a highly motivated, positive, flexible Medical Receptionist.

Full Time (35-40 hrs/week)

Schedule would include one evening per week and rotating Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) checking patients in and out from appointments, answer calls using a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, etc.

Full time employees receive a generous amount of PTO, are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance, paid Holidays off, biannual uniform allowance and retirement plan.

Our office now carries both the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. We are scheduling both established patients and the general public for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses.

Moderna boosters are only available for the immunocompromised per the CDC.

Pfizer boosters are available for individuals 18-64 who have an underlying medical condition, or anyone 65 and older.

Flu vaccines are also available and can be given in combination with the COVID-19 vaccine. **Please note that the flu vaccines are for established patients only.

Still need your COVID-19 vaccine? We have it! We are offering the, two dose, Moderna vaccine in our office.

Per the PA Department of Health, everyone 18 years of age and older are eligible to receive the Moderna vaccine. We offer this to all established patients and the general public.

Our office is looking for a (Temporary) Part-Time Medical Entrance Screener.

This position is made up of a combination of two shifts: 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 12 p.m. - 5 or 6 p.m.

The primary function of the Medical Entrance Screener is to greet and screen all individuals entering our facility. Screening includes asking pre-determined questions related to COVID-19 and obtaining body temperatures.

We are looking for someone who is personable, friendly, offers exceptional customer service, and has a professional appearance.

The person for this position must be able to understand and enforce policies and procedures pertaining to screening for COVID-19.

This position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/G.E.D.
