Panadance Mobile Massage, Hypnosis, Fitness, & Dance Karen will help you get back into your body, be it through massage, hypnosis, fitness, or dance. Karen has been certified as a massage therapist for 30 years.

Offering the ultimate in various modalities of massage, NLP and hypnosis, fitness, dance classes, nutritional counseling and personal coaching. She was trained at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO with 1000 hours of training. She has recently become certified in NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming- a way to help us develop our logical, emotional and intuitive intelligence) and is

adding that to her body of hypnotherapy. Karen holds both a BFA and an MFA in Dance. She has taught all over the US and in Tokyo, Japan. She has appeared in commercials and music videos in LA and in Tokyo, Japan. Karen has danced in touring companies, dinner theatres, on stage and screen. She has taught all ages for over 35 years, including as a guest artist in schools with the Lincoln Center Project, and in universities. She has also adjudicated dance competitions for many years across the USA for LA Dance Magic, KAR Productions and more. Besides holding her personal training certificate, Karen has been certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Flow, and most recently Pound ( cardio drumming). She can incorporate any of these elements into your session as you desire.
