They are repairing relationships that drug use destroyed. I just read an article how we are no further along in the treatment of addiction than 20 years ago. The treatments being offered are rehab and the relapse rate is over 75% (not working) and medication assisted treatment. Methadone is daily and expensive. Hundreds of suboxone facilities have cropped up that require insurance or a high weekly rate, not including the cost of the medication. Money is being made at the expense of the one desperately wanting to stay clean. There is still so much stigma about suboxone treatment in that you’re trading a drug for a drug but it’s a drug that you don’t crave and gets you in a place of living again. Our small family practice office is seeing lives change and not at an exorbitant price. We want people to get well and in the right time attempt to wean off once you have seen what a difference it makes and you want another lifestyle of work, family and Jesus. We don’t preach in our clinic we just know He is the ultimate answer. We are here to support you and even care about you. We can because we are a small clinic doing what we are called to do. How are we different? We are a small Family Practice where the doc is certified in Addiction Medicine also. Currently we have around 10 recovery patients in our office. All are in different stages of recovery, either right out of detox, never gone to detox, been taking Suboxone a while but they are doing well and don’t want to jeopardize their recovery. We do a blend of one on one in office and telehealth. We don’t take insurance but some of our patients have insurance that pays for their Suboxone. Our monthly pricing is $150.00 per month. We try to accommodate those who are working so we do later hours on Thursday. People are working, getting relationships and children back, living clean and most loving life and Jesus.
