Personal Care Services:

As a local and family owned in-home care provider, God's Bless strives to offer affordable care and assistance plans that can help those who are in need of health related care. Our Personal Care plans combine our Companion Care services with home health assistance to help those who need a little more support accomplishing some of the tasks of daily life while assisting with non-skilled health care. When personal care services have been requested, the agency representative makes a home visit and completes the aide care plan based on an assessment of the client’s personal care needs and in collaboration with the client and/or caregiver. The care plan for personal care services is reviewed by a registered nurse upon admission and as often as the client’s condition changes or when requested by the client but no less often than annually.

God's Bless, is managed and operated by professionals with an extensive background in health care services. We are privately owned and provide exceptional services to the Broward community for over 20 years. We provide assistance to individuals with daily living activities such as personal care assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, sitter services, and many others. We also work with Agency for Person with Disabilities to provide a number of services to individuals under the Medicaid Waiver who have developmental disabilities. God's Bless supports persons with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their communities. We have a nonmedical care and supervision group home that currently houses male individuals. Our group home thrives on keeping an environment of independence and respect while providing 24/7 care.
