Ever heard of a plant that helps knit bones back together?

Meet Comfrey—also called “knitbone” for good reason. It’s one of those herbs I always keep on hand for bruises, sprains, sore muscles, or when one of the kids decides to launch themselves off the trampoline (again).

We use it topically only—salves, poultices, oils. It’s amazing for supporting tissue repair and speeding up recovery. But let me be clear: don’t use this one internally. It contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that can be harmful to the liver. And avoid it on deep wounds where tissue needs to heal from the inside out first.

Still… when you need help putting things back together, comfrey shows up like an old friend. Steady, dependable, and strong.

It's definitely been a busy morning and I can't thank you all enough for your continued support & always showing up!💯🌿❤️
I am going to be closing up today a little early, around 3, and I am going to have some fun! 🎉🌿✌️🎆 Frolicking in a field somewhere and spend a little time with nature, followed by fireworks sounds absolutely perfect to Me!
