Guess what — I run labs on myself too! 🤓

First of all, you have to practice what you preach. But also, after dealing with bloating, missing cycles, acne, eczema, hypothyroidism, and constant fatigue (for years) and healing all those issues, I’m not interested in guessing anymore.

Running these labs helped me understand my body, find the root cause, and take out the guess work.

Now they’re just part of my routine, paired with the things that actually make the data work: sleep, hydration, nutrition, and targeted supplements based on my labs and current symptoms.

And no — you don’t need every lab I listed above.
The right test depends on your symptoms, your goals, and what your body is asking for right now.

If you want help figuring out which labs actually make sense for you, comment LABS 💬

Most women try to fix their hormones without ever looking at their gut…
and honestly? That’s why balancing them can feel so hard

Your gut is the foundation of proper hormone function.

It runs inflammation, detox, blood sugar, mood, nutrient absorption, and metabolism — the actual things that keep your hormones balanced.

So if your gut is inflamed or struggling, you’re always bloated and constipated

You probably also struggle with
• PMS
• irregular cycles
• anxiety
• fatigue
• joint pain
• acne
• mood swings
• stubborn weight

…and think, “My hormones are a mess.”

But your hormones are usually just responding to what’s happening in the gut.

If you’ve been struggling to balance your hormones and feel like you are missing something, it’s time to check your gut!

PCOS isn’t one-size-fits-all and the advice to “just lose weight” misses the bigger picture.

PCOS isn’t just a hormone issue — it’s a whole-body condition that involves your gut, thyroid, liver, adrenals, and metabolism. And each type has a different root cause.

Some types are driven by blood sugar imbalances (insulin-resistant PCOS).
Others by chronic inflammation, post-birth control hormone shifts, or prolonged stress on the adrenals.
That’s why what works for one woman might not work for another.

So often, women are told to “just cut carbs and lose weight.”
Meanwhile, they’re dealing with mood swings, hair loss, irregular or painful cycles, fatigue, and constant bloating — and wondering why nothing is improving.

It’s not your fault. PCOS is more complex than calorie restriction or diet rules.

Healing requires a comprehensive approach — the right testing, supportive nutrition, consistent stress management, and lifestyle changes that rebalance your body from the inside out.

The game changer for me was utilizing DUTCH test to see my hormones, detox pathways and hormone metabolites but also checking my 24hr cortisol levels!

It is possible to bring your hormones back into balance and even go into PCOS remission — where your cycles, labs, and symptoms normalize.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s just asking for the right kind of support!

✨ Client Spotlight: Vanessa ✨ (YOU NEED TO READ THIS!!)

Vanessa came to me 8 months ago doing all the “right things” to lower her blood sugar

✅ Low-carb diet
✅ Strength training
✅ Active lifestyle

…but her blood sugars were STILL stuck between 150–200, and her A1C was at 8.6

And her drs only solution was just medication and workout more and don’t eat carbs.

She’s a mom, wife, and runs multiple businesses—her life is full-speed, and so was her stress load.

We knew we had to dig deeper. 🔍

➡️ Step 1: We started with a flush protocol to reset her metabolism, reduce toxic burden, and support her gut.
That cleared up a ton of her inflammation symptoms and laid the groundwork for deeper healing. 🙌

➡️ Step 2: Functional testing revealed:
📈 High cortisol (a major glucose driver)
⚖️ Estrogen dominance
⬆️ Elevated androgens

➡️ Step 3: We addressed the real root causes with:
🥗 Diet variation
🧘🏽‍♀️ Lifestyle + stress support
🩸 Hormone balancing
🌿 Gut healing
Autophagy work

And now?
🔥 17 lbs down
🔥 Blood sugars are now steady in the 80s–100s
🔥 A1C is normalized
🔥 No more horrible periods
🔥Optimal thyroid function
🔥 Gut is SO much happier

Most people just see the weight loss…
What you don’t see is the deep healing that got her there.
Her body is working for her now—not against her.

This is what happens when you take a full-body approach to reversing insulin resistance.

So proud of you, Vanessa! 💪 You are proof that it’s possible. So excited to continue on this journey with you!! You have absolutely crushed it!

Kamryn’s Testimony

Kamryn came to me on a true leap of faith. She was exhausted and frustrated—doing all the things but still not losing weight. She dealt with brain fog, fatigue, miserable periods, and stubborn weight loss resistance.

As a busy momma of two with a high-stress job, she doubted whether real change was possible.

We started by flushing out underlying inflammation and toxins, and within weeks, about 90% of her symptoms began to clear. Her brain fog lifted, bloating went away, her energy returned, and for the first time in years, the scale started to move.

As we dug deeper, we uncovered key drivers: insulin resistance, estrogen dominance (confirmed through DUTCH testing), and high cortisol levels that were spiking her blood sugar and driving inflammation.

Over 8 months, Kamryn committed fully. Through proper testing, peptide support, hormone balancing, and finally learning how to fuel her body effectively, she transformed.

She’s now down 28 pounds and confidently wearing clothes she never thought she’d fit into again.

Was it always easy? No. But Kamryn stayed consistent, trusted the process, and the results speak for themselves. I’m incredibly proud of her and so blessed to get to work with her! 💗

Let’s talk about your thyroid—and why it’s probably not the only thing that needs support.

If you’ve been told your TSH is “normal” but you still feel tired, puffy, moody, or just off… it’s not in your head.

TSH alone isn’t enough to assess thyroid health—we need to look at Free T3 and T4, too. These are the hormones that actually do the work in your body.

Your thyroid doesn’t work in isolation—it relies on your gut, liver, adrenals, and stable blood sugar to function properly.

Here are 5 powerful ways to support it naturally:

1.Nourish your body with selenium, iodine & zinc (30%+ of women are low in iodine!)

2.Support your gut—about 20% of thyroid hormone is converted there

3.Manage stress—chronic stress is a major trigger in 90% of autoimmune thyroid cases

4.Balance your blood sugar—insulin resistance shows up in up to 50% of those with hypothyroidism

5.Ditch toxins like BPA—they’ve been shown to reduce T4 and T3 levels in the body

60% of people with thyroid dysfunction don’t even know they have it.

So if you’re “doing all the right things” and still not feeling like yourself—it’s time to dig deeper!

What surprised you about supporting thyroid health?

Struggling with seeing results despite doing all the ‘right’ things? 🤷‍♀️ ⁣

Let’s talk about why that might be.

I had to address my body, my hormones, my gut health BEFORE working body comp and increasing the intensity of my workouts.

It’s all about seasons with our health. I had to go through a season of healing (although it was tough) and then it all began to fall into place.

Our individual biology, history, and experiences can shape our journey differently than others.

We’re not meant to live in a perpetual cycle of stress, restriction, dieting, more exercise, and frustration. Been there, done that.⁣

I learned the hard way that true progress starts with addressing our unique needs, like hormones, stress, the liver, our adrenal glands, sleep, lifestyle and gut health. ⁣Which can be very overwhelming to tackle by ourself!!

We need the to address the full picture to get long term sustainable results and feel good while doing it!

If you’re feeling stuck on the struggle bus, I’ve been there too. ⁣

That’s why I’m here—to break the cycle and help you find what truly works for YOU. Let’s prioritize healing and tailor our approach to eating, moving, and living to fit YOUR needs. ⁣

Let’s face it, we’re all different and need a functional approach to find what works best for you 😎

Do you feel confused when it comes to health advice?
