Guess what — I run labs on myself too! 🤓
First of all, you have to practice what you preach. But also, after dealing with bloating, missing cycles, acne, eczema, hypothyroidism, and constant fatigue (for years) and healing all those issues, I’m not interested in guessing anymore.
Running these labs helped me understand my body, find the root cause, and take out the guess work.
Now they’re just part of my routine, paired with the things that actually make the data work: sleep, hydration, nutrition, and targeted supplements based on my labs and current symptoms.
And no — you don’t need every lab I listed above.
The right test depends on your symptoms, your goals, and what your body is asking for right now.
