SPAN offers support for citizens with disabilities in the following ways...
- Improving quality of life by sponsoring social and recreational activities.
- Increasing self-worth by enabling people with disabilities to be active participants in our community.
- Creating community awareness of issues surrounding those with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
- Sponsoring an annual day camp, Camp Hope. SPAN also offers support to parents and/or caregivers through a monthly support group held at the Centenary Christian Life Center. This support group is held at 1:00 pm on the first Tuesday of every month.
