Auction Friday is back! This month, we listened to our residents and made sure to include a special request—Easter baskets for their grands and great-grands—and we delivered! Along with those thoughtful additions, we’ll still have all the classic auction items everyone knows and loves.

SRI Management was proud to be represented at the Assisted Living Association of Alabama Spring Conference at The Lodge in Gulf Shores.

Representing our teams were Jan Pinklesmier (Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores), Hunter Van Sickle (Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores), Jamie Lancaster (SRI Management), Sommer Smith (Seagrass Village of Daphne), and Amie Cannon (Seagrass Village of Daphne).

It’s always valuable to spend time learning to bring back ideas that help strengthen the care and experience we provide in our communities!

This morning at Stand-Up, Luna — the newest (and clearly most mischievous) member of our Paw Patrol — decided to show off her April Fools’ Day skills… and let’s just say, she understood the assignment a little too well 😅

🍀 Lucky to Be Together – Family Game Night Recap! 🍀

Our Lucky to Be Together Family Game Night was an absolute blast! While we only managed to capture a few photos from the evening, the memories we made were unforgettable.

Residents, families, and staff came together for a night full of laughter and friendly competition. We enjoyed rounds of Bingo, Pictionary, and Trivia—and even had some fun putting our directors and staff on the spot with “About Me” questions!

There were plenty of laughs, lots of Seagrass Bucks handed out, and most importantly, so much joy shared by everyone in the room. Moments like these remind us just how special our community truly is.

We are incredibly grateful for the time we got to spend together 🍀

Our monthly lunch outing took us to The Waterfront Daphne, and it was awesome! The beautiful building and charming nautical décor created the perfect coastal atmosphere for our group.

Residents enjoyed a delicious variety of meals, from perfectly cooked steak to fresh seafood, all while taking in the stunning views of Mobile Bay. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great food, relaxing scenery, and even better company.

Internet Service Advisory – March 18 & 19

Seagrass Village of Daphne will be completing a planned internet technology upgrade on Wednesday, March 18 and Thursday, March 19.

On March 18, staged enhancement work will begin in the Villas, and authorized vendors will be on-site going villa to villa to upgrade internet equipment. Residents may experience brief or intermittent service interruptions during this time; however, a full community-wide outage is not expected.

The primary system switch is anticipated to occur on March 19, and during this time there may be a short interruption to internet service and both community and resident landline phone service, as our phones operate through Voice Over Internet (VoIP).

Exact timing of service interruptions may vary as work progresses.
