Here’s a great chance to catch two different sides of IronHeart Coaching! I’ll be at Soul Reset’s Freequency Festival at Red Creek in Perkinston, MS the weekend of April 17-19.

You can join me on Saturday for two different experiences. First up there’s a lecture/presentation on mental mindset coaching. Learn the techniques taught by Todd Durkin, coach and trainer to world class athletes like Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees, UFC Champion Michael Chandler and more. Learn the trademarked Get Your Mind Right system to take your life and performance to the next level!

I’ll also be leading a RAGEYoga class experience. We’ll take a kick ass playlist, add some singing, dancing, maybe some yelling and middle fingers and even an occasional f bomb. We’ll enjoy a beautiful yoga flow and encourage the release of RAGE. Radically Authentic Genuine Emotions!

Christian men in Mobile and Baldwin County, Men's Alliance Bayfront Tribe is calling out to you. Men don’t bond over coffee cake. Men will talk and connect face to face, only after they have stood and worked shoulder to shoulder. We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center on the Causeway for a 30 minute outdoor workout, followed by a 30 minute real world devotion by a fire. All workouts and devotions are member led. We’re not a workout group, and we’re not a Bible study. We are a group of men whose mission is to sharpen each other to become the husbands, fathers, and men God called us to be.
