The American Institute of Stress is an incredible resource if you’re looking for simple, supportive tools to better understand and manage stress ⬇️
They offer:
• Free magazines to learn and grow at your own pace
• A free stress diary to help you slow down and reflect
• A low-cost ($5) course designed to help teens stay calm and cope with pressure
If you’re needing a little more support, they also offer additional in-depth courses for an additional fee.
Sometimes it’s the small steps-pausing, learning, and caring for your body-that can make the biggest difference 🤎
