One question we get asked often is, “Why don’t you ship?” 📦
The simple answer is: we do ship products at various times, but it’s done on a case-by-case basis and with the customer understanding the risk and expense involved.
Many of our products are made with natural butters, beeswax, and other heat-sensitive ingredients that can soften or melt during shipping. This can happen because we don’t use synthetic stabilizers. 🌿
We have even invested in insulated mailers and ice packs for certain orders, but those methods only stay effective for so many hours and come at an added expense.
For this reason, we do not have shipping built into our website as an option. We want to know our customers and build relationships-not just ship products all over for the sake of a sale. 💛
At the end of the day, we want you to receive the freshest, highest-quality products possible -we want them to arrive in your hands in the same condition they left ours.
