Air fryer buffalo wings!๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredients:
1 1โ„2 lbs chicken wings (about 18 wings)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
3 tablespoons hot sauce (Cholula brand recommended)

Directions:
Set air fryer to 350-degrees F.

Add chicken wings to air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, pause the machine halfway through cooking and shake the basket to make sure the wings arenโ€™t sticking. Continue to cook until wings are golden and crispy*.

While the chicken is cooking combine melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl.

When is chicken is done immediately add to bowl and toss with sauce. Serve hot.

*Make sure chicken is cooked to proper internal temperature of 160-degrees F.

Give these banana bread brownies a try!๐Ÿ˜€

Ingredients:
Brownies
1 1โ„2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1โ„2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 -4 bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3โ„4 teaspoon salt
1โ„2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Frosting:
1โ„2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1โ„2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Heat oven to 375ยฐF Grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, in a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir in walnuts.

Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, for frosting, heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Let the butter turn a delicate brown and remove from heat immediately.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk together until smooth (it should be thicker than a glaze but thinner than frosting). Using a spatula, spread the brown butter frosting over the warm bars (the frosting will be easier to spread while the bars are still warm).

Give these snickerdoodle cookies a bake!๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Ingredients:
1โ„2 cup butter, softened
1โ„2 cup granulated sugar
1โ„3 cup brown sugar (I used light brown)
1 egg
1โ„2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1โ„2 cups flour
1โ„4 teaspoon salt
1โ„2 teaspoon baking soda
1โ„4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Topping:
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars at high speed.

Add egg, vanilla, and beat until smooth.

In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix well.

Preheat oven to 300ยฐ while you let dough rest 30-60 minutes in fridge.

In a small bowl combine topping.

Take about 2 1/2 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball.

Roll this dough in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and press onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake cookies 10-12 minutes, NO MORE.

*Cookies may seem undercooked but will develop.

Don't roll your dough into too big of a ball; they may not turn out in that much time if you do that.

It happened to me lol.

If the cookies don't turn out, please try again.

It's a very good cookie, it's just all a matter of getting the cooking time right.

Try making this simple and delicious roasted garlic cheese spread!๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:
1 whole head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil (amount approximate)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1โ„4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1โ„2 teaspoon salt
1โ„4 teaspoon black pepper
1โ„4 cup snipped fresh chives (optional; amount to taste)

Directions:
Note- If using salted butter, lower amount of salt used or omit.

Preheat oven to 325ยฐF.

Cut off top third of garlic head without peeling away papery skin.

Drizzle top of garlic with olive oil until it is saturated.

Place garlic cut side down in a ovenproof ramekin dish or baking pan.

Roast for 60-75 minutes, or until soft and tender.

When slightly cooled, squeeze out roasted garlic cloves and place in a mini-food processor (or may place in a bowl to whisk by hand).

Add softened cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to mini-processor and pulse until creamy and smooth.

Place in a serving/storage dish and blend in snipped chives (if using).

Serve softened spread with assorted crackers.

Ingredients:
1 lb land o' lakes white American cheese, in the deli at Walmart
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, undrained

Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1โ„2 cups water
1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
1โ„4 onion, sliced
1โ„4 teaspoon pepper
3 -4 pork chops
salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Stir together soup, water, rice and 1/4 teaspoons pepper in a 3 quart casserole.

Add onions.

Salt and pepper chops and place on top of rice.

Cover and bake at 350* for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done and liquid is absorbed.

Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.

Try out this diet friendly world famous low carb bread!๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1โ„2 teaspoon sugar
1 1โ„4 cups water (90-100 F)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3โ„4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
1 cup vital wheat gluten flour
1โ„4 cup oat flour
3โ„4 cup soy flour
1โ„4 cup flax seed
1โ„4 cup wheat bran

Alterations Add:
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons flax seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Rye Add
2 tablespoons caraway seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)
1 teaspoon cocoa (optional)
1โ„2 cup dark rye flour (optional)

Directions:
In the bread machine pan, put the water, oil, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and the seeds if you are using them, with the exception of the yeast and baking powder.

Mix well.

Take out appoximately 1/4 cup.

Pour the rest of dry ingredients into the pan.

Mix the reserved 1/4 cup of dry ingredients with the yeast and baking powder.

Pour into the bread machine pan.

On our machine, we use the three hour bake cycle.

After 55 minutes, gently lift the dough out and remove the paddle and place the dough back into the machine.

This way, you will not have such a large hole in your bread.

If you do it on the 80 minute cycle, remove the paddle after 30 minutes.

Let cool.

Place in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator.

This bread seems to slice better when it is nice and cold.

Makes great toast.

This bread is a little more"spongey" in texture than regular bread.
