We are so back, ladies!

Join us for our free postpartum support group starting back up in March.

Get to know other postpartum moms, share about the joys and the struggles, drink coffee, and learn about different postpartum topics from our special guests! Bring your baby or use this as “me time”.

As Sarah got further into her last weeks of pregnancy, we weren’t quite sure how these babies would decide to join us. At the end of 35 weeks one bag of waters released and started this double birthday party. Many things changed for Sarah during pregnancy and labor, but she handled it with grace. She never panicked, just took everything one day at a time. These babies are blessed to have her as a mom! It was so incredible to see the strong bond these sweet babies already had not long after birth. 💛

Jillian worked incredibly hard preparing mentally and physically for birth. When plans changed in just about every way they could, she listened to her intuition and did what she felt was right for her sweet baby boy.
Jillian showed so much strength throughout this entire process. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to witness this in person, but I’m thankful for Informed Birth Nurse for backing me up. She was truly the perfect back up for this birth!

I’ve been looking forward to this group for months! Meagan from The Wellness Nook will be joining us to talk about the benefits of Craniosacral therapy and massage followed by a baby massage tutorial so bring your sweet babes!

This will be our last meeting for a couple months as we take a break for the holidays and colder weather (except today. It’s literally spring out lol.) We’d love to have you join us!

Each meeting gets better and better 💛

Join us this Saturday with special guest Kim Hewlett with Beyond the Birth! Kim will be talking about all things feeding, whether you breastfeed, pump, combo feed or use formula. Enjoy some time with other postpartum moms, have a coffee, some snacks and get your feeding questions answered!

We have such a welcoming group of women that meet. If you’ve wanted to come but have been hesitant, know you’ll be welcomed in with opened arms. Come as you are, even if that means late and with a fussy baby. 💛

This free support group is a way to meet other postpartum moms who can relate to the joys and struggles that can go along with welcoming a new baby. Come hang out, enjoy snacks and adult conversation!

Grace Karber will be joining us for the second half of our meeting as our special guest to talk about foot zoning, how to foot zone on your little one, and the benefits it can have with gas, restlessness, immune system support, etc.

Thank you Lord for a busy start to 2026! This business is the Lord’s and I just wait to see what He’ll do with it. So far this year I’ve been able to meet some amazing women and it’s been so awesome to see how much more the local birth scene has blossomed since I’ve been on maternity leave. More birth resources are always better and there can never be too many!

Looking forward to walking alongside these women as they welcome their sweet babies. 💛

Learn more about postpartum nutrition and get the opportunity to ask questions. Emily is a wealth of knowledge! Are you feeling run down, on edge, or just wanting to learn how to better fuel your postpartum body? Emily can be your guide!

This is a free postpartum group! You can come to every meeting or one. It’s low commitment, low expectations. Come late, stay late, or leave early. We understand that postpartum and motherhood can be unpredictable. We’d love to have you!

Whether it’s your first baby or fourth, postpartum can be a lonely time. But you don’t have to do it alone!

This is a free support group for woman in the first year of postpartum, whether it’s your first baby or fourth. We meet twice a month until the end of December.
This is a space where you can come as you are and talk about the good and the difficult parts of postpartum with other women who get it. Our special guest for October will be joining us for on the 18th. More details to come on that! 🤗
There will be coffee, snacks, and you’ll be added to a group chat where you can get encouragement, prayer, and tangible support between meetings. Early crawlers and infants are welcome.
