There are full-circle moments in this work that leave me in absolute awe. ✨

Not long ago I stood beside this incredible mother as her doula, welcoming her babies earthside one by one. This time, I had the deep honor of serving as her midwife as she prepared to meet her fourth child — and her first at home.

This photo was taken in the quiet, golden stillness just moments before birth. The room was filled with peace, trust, and the kind of strength that deepens with each journey into motherhood. She labored in her own space, surrounded by familiarity, confidence, and so much love — and it was nothing short of sacred.

To witness a woman step into her power again and again, and to be invited back each time in a new role, is a gift I will never take lightly.

Honored. Humbled. Grateful beyond words. 🤍

The sweetness of this postpartum visit brought me so much joy. The birth review I was able to do with mom was even more special. Sometimes our best planned birth does not go as envisioned. It was my honor to hold space for this family to process their disappointment, revel in their joy, and share in their love. Despite all of the challenges this sweet baby came into this world surrounded by love and gratitude and for that I am extremely humbled.
