HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE!!

SOL= Sun | -STICE= To Stand Still

Happy Winter Solstice!

On Saturday, we celebrate the longest night of the year. As we stand still in the Darkness amidst its chaos and uncertainty, remember that it is in this very moment that the Light is born.

On an energetic level, the Winter Solstice invites us to rest, dream, and prepare for the arrival of a new dawn.

From this point onward, the Light in our world begins to grow, building and expanding one day at a time. As the Darkness slowly recedes, I ask you: what is the Light within you yearning to create, build, and nurture?

Today marks the end of Autumn and the beginning of Winter. It reminds us that there is no separating the Dark from the Light or endings from beginnings. As we anticipate the promise of 2025, we can better prepare for its arrival by reflecting on 2024.

For me, 2024 seemed to move at the speed of Light. Did anyone else feel it? There was a quickening—a persistent pull forward. With such speed, I found that the only way to keep pace was to stay laser-focused on my dreams, goals, and the people I hold dear. As the Rolling Stones aptly said, "Time waits for no one."

As the Cosmos turns, we are reminded to seize every opportunity to evolve. If we look away, even for a moment, we may find ourselves in an entirely new world. Let us ensure that this new world reflects our heart’s deepest desires.

But how do we ensure we stay on the path? How do we remain grounded? What steps must we take to keep our dreams in sight and on track? How can we Create within the Chaos and Return to our Light?
