Event day information for our Sept 7th Walk-Run-Roll!

Our 10k kicks off at 8:20am followed by our 5k and one mile at 8:30am. We highly suggest you arrive one hour prior to your start time!

Make sure you check out the booths for pre and post snacks by . And stop by the stage to catch 🎸

You also won’t want to head home without stopping by for a $15 pizza and pint deal!

About Me

For the past twelve years I have worked as a coach, personal trainer, instructor, Medical Exercise Specialist and Cancer Exercise Specialist. I have lost several family members and close friends to cancer, and because of that I created Cancer Champion. I launched Cancer Champion to make a difference for those fighting and beating cancer, as well as their friends and family. This revolutionary program provides short, simple workouts and nutrition plans and recipes, along with support from myself and Damian Bramer, Nutriton Expert.
