Let’s talk about the things that have changed since I have removed 68lbs.

*I don’t run out of breathe as fast walking.
*Down 2 pant sizes(almost 3🥳)
*I can run..(always wanted to be a 🏃‍♀️)
*I don’t have to hide in the pictures or avoid
*My feet are smaller!! 😳
*I don’t crave sugar 🍰
*My health anxiety has quieted😌
*I don’t care about camera angles📸
*Food doesn’t control me 💪🏻
* I fit in seats better
*I don’t have to turn sideways to go through a turnstile at an entrance 😮
*I sleep better 😴
*The scale doesn’t dictate my worthiness
*I have to track my food still
