We had such a wonderful time enjoying Chef Pedro’s fantastic creation for the Food Service Director Challenge that we completely forgot to share it! Here, you see a delightful grilled chicken bruschetta on a buttery croissant, accompanied by sweet roasted yams and a vibrant vegetable medley. We wish you could smell the wonderful tang of the balsamic vinaigrette mixed with fresh tomatoes, and the inviting aroma of the grilled chicken. Truly delicious!
