This kitchen isn’t set up the way you think... Our space is intentionally designed around the people who work here.

That means adapting tools and processes so individuals with disabilities can do meaningful work with these adaptations - not forcing them to fit a system that wasn’t built for them.

Most of this goes unnoticed.
But it’s the reason behind our mission-providing equitable and meaningful work for individuals of all of abilities!

This is what and inclusive workplace looks like when it’s practical and built into the day-to-day operations.

January is a time to reset — routines, budgets, and what we choose to support. It’s also important to know that at Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats, absolutely nothing goes to waste. Treats that aren’t “perfect” get repurposed into food toppers for dogs and cats, because being resourceful is part of how we honor our mission and the community that supports it. ♻️
