Let me take this moment to highlight an event I am planning & hosting happening Labor Day Weekend
*** Frog’s Farm Market Fair and Fundraiser ***
It is a family friendly event with the intention to raise funds for a medial healing journey that I am on while also supporting local businesses, and bringing healing experiences to the community.
~We will have a little Fair at Frog’s Farm Market in Miamisburg Ohio. There will be sales on produce and other goods inside Frog’s country store AND there will be vendors in the field selling their art, handmade goods, and holistic healing services.
This is a great opportunity to support multiple local small businesses.
~We will have raffles. Multiple raffle baskets as well as individual raffle items.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle both Saturday and Sunday! You do not need to be present during the raffle but make sure your correct contact info is on your ticket and readable!
~There will also be scheduled events such as yoga classes, sound baths, and other group activities - all classes and group activities are by donation/pay-what-you-can and those payments go directly to the leader of that scheduled event.
Allowing pay-what-you-can makes holistic healing experiences more accessible to all while also giving support to the people who are offering holistic healing experiences to the public.
Live Music performance by internationally awarded artist Joe Waters on Sunday 8/31 5pm-6pm. Joe Waters plays blues, funk, folk, country and Americana music.
If I can line it up, I am hoping to have other live music performances. If you are a musician interested in performing at this event - reach out!

Labor Day is the last day that Frog’s Farm Market is open for this year, they will have deals on produce and some other select products. Check out their page to see more of what they sell offer!

The field will hold craft vendors and holistic healing practitioners where you can purchase various goods and services from local artisans of their craft.

There will be raffle baskets as well as a 50/50 raffle.

Live Music will be performed - Artist & times TBD

Yoga classes, sound baths, and other group experiences will be offered on a donation basis.

I know the day we are supposed to celebrate freedom was last week… but I really want to keep this conversation going on what it truly means to be free.

4th of July is “independence day” meaning the United States became a “free” nation from the rule of another land across the sea… but are today’s American people really free? Are we really free from the state that governs us? Can anyone truly be free when thier lives are directly impacted by a government who’s job is to govern - to tell us what is legal and what is not, to tell us what taxes we have to pay and then use our tax dollars how they see fit… usually hiding the truth behind political theater so that the majority of us are left in the dark about what’s really going on “behind the scenes”.

What about our health?
Are we really free if ANY medical procedure is mandated… or banned?
Shouldn’t EVERY individual get to decide what goes on, in, and out of their own body. If we aren’t honoring each others body autonomy, are we really free & sovereign?

What about in our minds?
Are we really free if we feel imprisoned in the mind by thoughts, negative loops and cycles playing out within the mind keeping us stuck?
Are we really free if beliefs keep us feeling unworthy?
Are we really free if beliefs keep us seeing others as unworthy or less than ourselves?

What does it mean to you to be truly free?

Are any of use humans truly free when so many of our sister and brothers of the one earth family are enslaved and suffering?
Can we achieve collective liberation, freedom for all beings every where?
Can we live in harmony with nature again,
Can we live free on the earth… the way that God intended?

Is our society really as advanced and free as our government tells us we are, or is there room for improvement?

I am not “blue” nor “red” ~ I am a sovereign being who desires true freedom on every level of this life, for myself and for all other humans.

I know true freedom is possible, but it starts by looking at the truth of freedom and seeing where we are not truly free… for all of us,
It starts in the mind.

Let yourself affirm the message on the card.

Reclaim your inner freedom.

Tonight!

•water bottle (reusable/refillable)
•optional - lawn chair, yoga mat, or blanket to sit on ground

Intentions:
•Tending the soil of the earth while simultaneously tending the soul of our bodies.
•Weeding the garden while we simultaneously w**d the garden of our minds.
•Rejuvenating our hearts in the heart of nature

~There will be more of these gatherings, so keep a lookout for that announcement~

One Earth Collaborative Sanctuary is a land preserve and community garden.
A sanctuary for nature and for all of us who feel called to gather on these sacred lands right on the little Miami river.
Donations are not required to attend, donations are shared between facilitators and the land so that we can continue to pour into this community safe space to nourish bodies, minds, hearts, and souls.

***Soul Meets Soil***
Last year, I hosted and led my first retreat called Soul Meets Soil.
Soul Meets Soil was an all inclusive rewilding camping retreat with immersion in nature, healing ceremonies, all meals provided, and more.
It was beautiful experience but the amount I needed to charge for all the time, effort, energy, and money I put into hosting a retreat like that made it unaccessible to many people who don’t have a budget that can afford experiences on the more expensive side.
My desire to make my offerings accessible to people from all income levels + this year being “the year of shifting gears” for me and many others in the wellness event hosting space = Soul Meets Soil Revised

The intention is the same.
But instead of 1 all inclusive weekend retreat, it has transformed into an ongoing community offering.
I may still offer this experience as a retreat again in the future, but for now, we will gather for a few hours in the evening on Sundays & Wednesdays, exact dates to be announced soon.

I love you, I really do, all of you, the ones who I disagree with, the ones who hurt me, the ones who keep hurting others, each and every ONE individual person of The One… i love you.

Because we are ONE in the same, all part of the one human race, all siblings of the One Earth Family.
We are all family.
We are not different or separate from One Another.

We are each another version of the One.

One Source of all that is.
One Creator, the God of a thousand names, who lives inside each and every ONE of us.

I can not harm you without harming me,
I learned this, I remembered this.
Now I choose a path of Harmony.
No Harm, just Harmony.

When each and every ONE of us chooses Harmony within our being and towards all other beings,
We will see the peace that we all truly desire.

The world is made up of people just like me and you, if we can choose harmony, anyone and everyone can choose harmony. ~~~ the key is healing in the minds and heart, because when our hearts & minds are healed, open, and loving… then we choose harmony.

So I pray for the healing of all minds, I pray for every heart to open wide and shine the light of love.

And I do work in this world that helps guide humans home to their heart, so harmony may prevail within & everywhere.

I just completed my first offering with the Sacred Kingdom holistic community - a virtual meditation via zoom - “Heart-Mind Coherence Meditation” and let me tell you, I am feeling sooo high on life!
