There is so much love for us here, right here, right now, all around, & right within each and every one of US.

We are never truly separate from love, although it really does feel that way sometimes.

Love is always right here, waiting for us to remember our unity and connection.

I’ve made it my mission, one of my missions, to remind you when you forget… it’s my job to remind any of my siblings of the One Earth family, anytime that they’ve forgotten… that we are all one, that we are all love, that all of life is connected and pulsing with the vibration of unconditional love and all we have to do is let go of whatever is causing the illusion of separation, let go of whatever is heavy on your heart keeping you weighed down, and let go of whatever is blocking you from reuniting with the infinite force of love that flows through all things.

If you’re having trouble letting go,
Give yourself grace!!!

We all struggle sometimes, and we all have things that we hold on to, we must be forgiving & patient, but we must not force or rush ourselves…

So instead, surrender.

Surrender to wherever you are on your personal journey at this time, and surrender to what is.

Surrender to the Divine, and TRUST that all is unfolding in Divine Timing.

Allow yourself to let go, a little at a time or as much as you can.

Allow yourself to open and receive the love already & always within YOU!

I made my own little promo graphic to share because I KNOW the power of minds and hearts focused in unity on peace and love ~~~ science has proven that our thoughts and our feelings help shape the world around us… each one of us has our own electromagnetic field that is also connected to the Earth’s electromagnetic field - what we feel as an individual impacts the whole.
Science has measured spikes in this field whenever there is a large scale catastrophe… collective grief is felt and measurable in the shared electromagnetic field of the earth.
Just as collective grief causes a reaction in the field…. SO TOO CAN OUR PEACE, LOVE, & GRATITUDE cause a reaction in the field.

When many minds focus on a shared feeling and state of being = it ripples through the whole field and affects the whole, all of Earth and everyone on it is touched by the power of this field… we are all co-existing within it and no-one can be separate from it.

We are always feeding the field.
Every moment, of every day.

So be aware and mindful of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.
Ask yourself daily;
What am I feeding the field?

Gong Fu Tea Ceremonies are an experience of the Art of Tea where the preparation and drinking of the tea become a mindfulness meditation.
Each step of the process is completed with intention and purpose, calling our attention to presence with loving awareness.
As we sit in ceremony together, we will share 3 different selected teas.
The first two teas will be green tea containing caffeine. The third tea will be an herbal infusion with no caffeine.
Each tea will be offered in several “expressions” or servings.
This intentional practice of slowing down encourages inner stillness and appreciation for the moment.

Following the tea ceremony, a soothing sound bath featuring instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments including the voice of Jessica Sage will wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation.
