Welcome to Wellness Quest Coaching! My name is Donna, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Early in my career as a massage therapist, I started noticing how chronic stress affected my client's quality of life. As a result, my practice evolved into introducing self-care tools during each session, teaching clients how to use those tools to improve their health so they could do the things they enjoyed.

My goal with this page is to offer hope and a solution to people who are needing someone to help them manage stress, learn self-care, and improve their overall wellbeing.
