March is National Kidney Month, a great time to focus on the health of these vital organs as we age.
Here are a few simple ways to care for your kidneys:
🌸Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help your kidneys flush out waste.
🌸Keep Moving: Regular, gentle exercise helps manage blood pressure and blood sugar, which are important for kidney health.
🌸Manage Conditions: If you have diabetes or high blood pressure, work closely with your doctor to manage them because these are the top causes of kidney disease.
