Staying hydrated is crucial for seniors because older adults can have a tougher time dealing with heat and humidity. Dehydration can lead to serious health issues such as heat syncope (sudden dizziness), heat cramps (painful muscle tightening), heat edema (swelling in ankles and feet), heat rash, heat exhaustion, and even heat stroke.

takes us back to the early 1990s, when Mercy Siena Woods began construction on 108 assisted-living apartments along North Main Street in Harrison Township. 🏗️🏡

This development quickly became a staple of the Shiloh community and has remained a welcoming home for many of the seniors who live here. More than three decades later, Siena Woods Care Center continues to serve with care and compassion.
