Night Shift Nursing Tips
Being that a lot of you will be starting night shift really soon& some of you plan on working nights after graduation, i wanted to share some tips with you that have helped me adjust to the night shift lifestyle a little easier!!!
1) Get sleep before your shift
2)Pack a yummy lunch & bring lots of snacks 🌮🌮🥪
3)Plan out a good night shift schedule that works for you etc........

This is literally where you will find me all day sitting comfy in my recliner chair, with a tea in my left hand and my mouse in my right hand putting in that work per usual 😊😊😂
