Our Story

Opened in 1997, Dunbar Health & Rehab Center of Dayton is conveniently located across from the Madison County fairgrounds, with easy access from I-70, U.S. Route 40, and State Routes 38 and 42. Our setting that is close to shopping, restaurants and hospitals. We are conveniently located on a bus line and close to downtown Dayton, Ohio, home of aviation pioneers the Wright Brothers. Our patients enjoy activities such as neighborhood walks and lunch outings and an annual Christmas light tour.

Dunbar Health & Rehab specializes in respectful and compassionate choices in a home-like setting. We offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care and respite care. We offer specialized programs and individualized care plans designed to achieve the best outcomes for you or your loved one.
