Must have:
*High School diploma or GED
*Current State of Ohio EMS certification
*CPR certification
*ACLS certification
*PALS certification, required within six (6) months of hire
*Valid driver’s license, with no more than four (4) points, and approval by company insurance provider.
*Annual proctored skills and written protocol (standing orders) testing without lapse.
