Fertility treatment can quickly become all consuming, especially during seasons filled with uncertainty, waiting, and emotional highs and lows.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that your identity is bigger than this journey. Your hobbies, relationships, routines, joy, and sense of self still matter.

As Dr. Marelić says, staying connected to the things that make you feel like you can make a meaningful difference during treatment.

Give yourself permission to rest, laugh, and care for your mental health along the way. You deserve support not only as a patient, but as a person. 💙

From all of us at SpringCreek Fertility, thank you to the brave service members and families we remember today.

First and foremost, if you have irregular cycles, spotting between periods, painful periods, or difficulty with in*******se, don’t wait to see a fertility specialist.

Infertility is medically defined as 12 months of trying without success, or 6 months if you're over 35, but you shouldn’t have to fail first to get answers.

The more you know about your fertility, the more empowered you are to make decisions that are right for you.

Fertility testing is available to anyone who wants to understand their options, and advocating for yourself early is always the right call.

SpringCreek Fertility is here for you when you’re ready. Give us a call at 937.458.5084 or click to schedule an appointment: https://www.springcreekfertility.com/appointment/

Infertility isn’t just physically demanding. It’s emotionally exhausting in ways that are hard to articulate, and even harder to carry alone. The waiting, the uncertainty, the well-meaning comments that land the wrong way…

It shifts how you see yourself, how you move through the world, and how you relate to the people around you.

If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone you trust, and know that whatever you are feeling right now is valid.

We are proud to walk alongside our patients through every step of this journey, including the parts that don’t show up on a chart. 💙

PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, following a landmark global consensus study published in The Lancet on May 12, 2026.

The change reflects what patients and clinicians have known for years: this condition is not just about the ovaries. The old name was misleading, contributed to decades of delayed diagnoses, and failed to capture the full body nature of this condition.

If you have questions about PMOS and how it may be affecting your fertility, our team is here to help. Click the link to schedule a consultation: https://www.springcreekfertility.com/appointment/

Dr. Kasey Reynolds Marelić, Reproductive Endocrinologist at SpringCreek Fertility’s Cincinnati office, built her approach to patient care around minimizing the stigma and discomfort that often comes with seeking fertility treatment.

Patients come to her in one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and they deserve a provider who truly meets them there.

If you’re in the Cincinnati area and ready to take the first step, Dr. Marelic is ready to take it with you. 💙

"My husband and | absolutely loved SpringCreek. All the staff is great. We especially loved Hillary, Siree, Shealey, Amanda, and Brittany! After years of trying I am finally pregnant with our first miracle baby and I cannot wait to come back in a couple years when we go for baby number 2. They are so kind, really take time to explain things and make sure you're comfortable, and answer any questions or concerns you have really fast in the portal! I would recommend SpringCreek to anyone struggling to get pregnant, they really do work miracles!"

At SpringCreek Fertility, we're proud to create an environment where patients feel fully supported, comfortable asking questions, and confident in their care every step of the way. ❤️

Mother's Day belongs to every kind of mother.

The ones celebrating with little ones at their feet. The ones whose hearts are still waiting. The ones who have loved and lost. The ones who are somewhere in the middle of the hardest journey of their lives.

To the 1 in 6 navigating infertility, we see you. Not just as someone fighting for a family, but as someone whose love is already profound, real, and worthy of celebrating.

However today finds you, we are holding space for all of it. 💙

Today is World Ovarian Cancer Day and we are joining the global conversation to raise awareness.

Ovarian cancer is the second most common gynecological cancer in the United States and one of the hardest to catch early. With no reliable screening test currently available, awareness and symptom recognition are critical.

When ovarian cancer is diagnosed and treated in its earliest stages the five year survival rate is 92%.

Symptoms including bloating, pelvic pain, difficulty eating, and frequent urination are often subtle and easy to dismiss. Talk to your doctor, know your body, and never dismiss symptoms that feel persistent or unusual.

We are thinking of everyone impacted by ovarian cancer today. 💙
