Fertility treatments and preservation are priced for accessibility and tailored to meet family goals. “UPDATE: we are repeat customers. The original review was written about 3 years ago before the birth of our daughter. We are now proud parents of two (a 2 year old and a 6 day old). There aren’t enough words I could say to thank Dr. Groll and the entire staff at SpringCreek for helping us build and complete our family. We were extremely lucky to only have to do 1 retrieval and two transfers resulting in two pregnancies for our two children. Would and have highly recommended SpringCreek.

I waited to write this review until my husband and I had told our family the good news.

We are forever thankful for the team at SpringCreek. Erin was always a welcome face at each of my appointments. This journey is crazy enough and she made it a little more bearable. Lisa the nurse always seemed to be the one to call me about lab results or was the one that would call back when I had questions. Julie the NP always answered mine and my husband’s questions without making us feel inadequate for asking them. When I had some bleeding after a successful transfer, I called them in a panic. Lisa called me back and called all my fears. And Julie calmed them even more at the next appointment. And Dr. Groll is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. My husband and I always felt like we were in good hands and felt secure in knowing that that Dr. Groll was making the best plan for us. We couldn’t be more thankful as we are now 20 weeks pregnant and awaiting a baby come May. (Baby is kicking as I am writing this).”

Our Mason team had the joy of welcoming baby Adeline, born September 26, 2025, back to the very place where her parents once stood holding ultrasound photos and dreaming of this moment.
