If your mind feels loud right now, like everything is stacked on top of you at onceโฆ pause here with me for a second. (Hey uhโฆ actually do it)โธ๏ธ๐
You donโt have to solve your whole life tonight. You donโt have to finish every list, remember every detail, or carry everyone all at once.
Right now, just come back to this moment. (Iโm here with ya)๐ฎ
Take a breath. A real one. Inhale slow, hold it, and let it go like youโre setting something heavy down. Then do it again. (Nope, Read it again and do it again) ๐๐ค๐ป
Your body doesnโt need perfection, it needs permission to rest.
Look around you and name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing youโre grateful for, even if itโs small. (Donโt cheat, say em out loud.. name them off)๐
Youโre not spiraling, youโre overwhelmed. And those are not the same thing.
You are allowed to not think for everyone right now. Nothing is going to fall apart because you paused. (I promise) ๐ The world will still be there after you take care of yourself. (Your important but seriously itโll be fine)๐ซถ๐ป
So tonight, do less. Pick one thing that actually matters and let the rest wait. Let it be messy. Let it be unfinished. (NOT TWO because two turns into more than your ass needs to do right now) ๐๐ป
You are not behind. You are human.
And if your mind keeps racing, place your hand on your chest and remind yourself, โI am safe right now. I donโt have to carry everything in this moment.โ (Feel your heart still beating? Itโs fine) ๐ค
You donโt need to escape your life. You just need moments inside it where youโre not holding the entire weight alone.
Come back to yourself, gently. Again and again.
