Every Saturday morning I post something called Saturday Shadows. 🖤🌙

Saturday Shadows is a space for healing, reflection, shadow work, growth, grief, anxiety, trauma, self-love, and learning how to become the version of yourself that feels most authentic and free. Sometimes it’s journal prompts. Sometimes it’s reminders. Sometimes it’s the words someone needed to hear that week.

I created it because healing isn’t always pretty… but it matters. And nobody should feel alone while walking through it.

A lot of the inspiration behind Saturday Shadows comes from my book:
Finding You Again: A Journey Through Healing, Hope, and Wholeness.
