Wellness Wednesday!

I’m taking my gardening skills to the next level! I’ve officially enrolled in a Fast Track Farming class, where I’ll be getting both classroom and field experience through December!
As a gardener, I truly believe nothing beats the flavor of farm-to-table food. But more than that, gardening is a powerful way to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you have a massive yard or a tiny patio, I encourage you to grow something this year!

Had an incredible time at the Have A Gay Day Resource Fair! 🌈 The energy was high, and it was packed with so many amazing resource tables. Huge shoutout to all the volunteers, donors, and advocates making a difference. A special thank you to my admin, mom, and friends. I loved networking and talking to our community about HIV prevention, and sharing how Palmer Wellness is increasing access to care with personalized service, Telehealth, flexible hours, AND even Saturday hours can be requested. So great to connect with peers working toward the same mission to end the HIV epidemic!
