Did you know that you don’t need any fancy equipment to have an awesome workout? 👀🤯

Here is a fun little BW lower body workout for ya 🤪

🛠️ Regular squat
🛠️ Wide stance squat
🛠️ Single leg squat
🛠️ Bulgarian split squat
🛠️ Drinking bird
🛠️ Glute bridge (feet flat)
🛠️ Hamstring bridge (on heels)

Do each movement for 3-5 sets and 10-20 reps. Don’t forget to do both sides for the single leg exercises!

Rest and modify as needed 🤪
