The Story Behind Rocking A Yoga

Long before yoga was accepted in America's smaller communities, our local founders worked hard to make a life for themselves and their families through farming & ranching. Much the same can be said for Rocking A Ranch, the heart and soul behind Teresa's dream to help others feel better and live their lives with ease, through the simple practice of becoming more self-aware and nurturing, utilizing the centuries-old tradition of yoga.

Like their ancestors, Teresa's parents worked alongside friends, family and neighbors to enrich their local community, as well as building a strong future for their family, just as prior generations had envisioned. Now a second-generation ranch, and a fourth-generation family estate, Rocking A is Teresa's vision for the future of continuing to support her local community through compassion and caring.

Instilled with the values of hard work and dedication toward setting and fulfilling goals, Teresa has instructed in private and group settings, provided Thai yoga bodywork, and trained teachers since 2011, earning Yoga Alliance designation of E-RYT. Her life's vision is to practice compassion in bringing a healthy self-awareness to family, friends and neighbors, encouraging them to slow down enough to listen to the wisdom of their own intuition in the endeavor of enriching their lives.
