Full-time Data Entry Processor

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Experience with working in an office setting
-Experience with hospital billing and/or knowledge of insurance explanation of benefits
-Excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills
-Skills will include Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Job Duties:
-Payment Posting - daily reconciliations of bank deposits and EFT payments. Separation of payments between multiple entities. Monthly reconciliation of all payments
-Nursing Home Medicaid Billing - weekly billing will be completed
-Emails-responding to all emails in a timely manner
-Filing- keep filing up to date
-All other duties assigned

Registration for the 2026 UAMS College of Pharmacy Summer Camp is now open!

This is a great opportunity for students grades 10th – 12th who have an interest in healthcare careers to learn more about the pharmacy profession and how it plays a vital role in the lives of people in their families and community.
*** Graduating Seniors (first-time entering freshman) are encouraged to apply.

DATE: June 1st – 3rd 2026
Time: 9a – 3p Daily
LOCATION: UAMS College of Pharmacy - Little Rock Campus
(4301 W. Markham St. Little Rock, AR 72205)
COST: $150 per camper
(Cost covers lab materials, activity supplies, meals and camp t-shirt)

(Campers will be responsible for daily commute)
