I have been asked quite a bit lately, why The K5 Wellness?

These people right here. That's why.

I have 5 siblings. All of our names begin with the letter K. Kara, Krista, Kayla, Kalen, Kaitlyn, & Kathryn. I am #5, so K5.

It is a rarity that we have the opportunity to be together, but they are an integral part of who I am today, and some of my greatest supporters in life. All 6 of us have a passion for wellness and a drive to help others be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, from the inside out.

I'm so grateful to those of you that asked. Keep the questions coming 😘!

WHOA! I was blown away by all of your support this week! Please keep in mind, it was definitely a SOFT opening. We are addressing the echo issues and making adjustments with the equipment to improve the flow and functionality!

I am so grateful to have seen so many wonderful kiddos in class this week! For those of you whose kiddos I am just getting to know, please introduce us, so they feel comfortable in the space, too! I will start each class with a short safety briefing if kids are present, just so we are all on the same page :).

Our play area and the outside space will grow exponentially, so please have patience and don't hesitate to ask questions!

Again, thank you so much for your love and support this week (& throughout the years), I'm beyond grateful for each and everyone of you!

Hi! I am trying out something new for the start of the school year! I am adding in Tuesday and Friday lunchtime classes ( We already have a 12:30PM on Thursday on Taft Rd)!

This class will be shortened to 30ish minutes. Class is currently located just north of town. The address is posted in the app.

I also added a Thursday evening class for September. I know we all have busy kiddo schedules, and the 45-minute class allows me to scoop my oldest up from soccer at 7 pm!

As the school year kicks off, my "work" space is constantly filled. Filled with Moms prioritizing their health and wellness. Filled with littles, learning to move their bodies, right alongside mom. Filled with my own children, before and after busy school days, running, lifting, playing, and intentionally being by my side. While I have never been one to choose chaos; this is a peaceful chaos. This is a purpose. One this introvert never expected for herself, but working alongside women and their amazing children, to be the healthiest and strongest version of themselves, is such a gift to be a part of 💗.

Exciting things are coming late fall. And I can't wait to share!
