Today we will be presenting our MINDFUL MOVEMENT session at Phoenix Academy In Annapolis, Maryland!

Many thanks to Jaysah Davidson for volunteering her time to guide us today. Through her diverse experiences and comprehensive training, Jaysah firmly believes that is accessible to everyone, irrespective of age, race, or gender. She emphasizes a personalized approach to yoga, tailoring each practice to individual bodies and needs.

Mindful Movement is a guided session that combines gentle movement, breathing, and practices to help students reset, relax, and refocus. During the session, will learn simple techniques to manage stress, increase body , and improve emotional regulation. This experience encourages students to be present, calm their minds, and build healthy coping strategies they can use both in and outside of school.

Mindful Movement is a guided session that combines gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness practices to help students reset, relax, and refocus. During the session, students will learn simple techniques to manage stress, increase body awareness, and improve emotional regulation. This experience encourages students to be present, calm their minds, and build healthy coping strategies they can use both in and outside of school.
