What is a HALAL Massage?
We’ve all heard the saying, “Keep it Kosher”, which simply translates to “let’s keep it clean”. This is exactly what halal means as well. When we say halal, we also mean we’re keeping things clean. Here at Peace Halal Massage Therapy, we intentionally incorporated the word halal into the name of our business. Although many people may wonder why, or what exactly it means, the meaning behind this is also very simple. In the world of growing concerns over thousands of complaints of inappropriate massages and sexual abuses, Peace Licensed Massage Therapy now introduces first ever “Woman Only” therapeutic massage service. We honor complete privacy to women with different backgrounds including the ones with religious restrictions. We are all familiar with the fact that all other massage places are gender integrated and it’s also very common that a male can get a massage performed by a female or vice-versa. Living in a community where there is a high demand for private, women-only places, we decided to be the first people to introduce a WOMEN ONLY massage service that honors complete privacy for women. Therefore, when we say the word ‘halal’ before massage it means that it’s halal in the sense that there is no gender integration. In other words, our clients are females who are getting their massages done by licensed female massage therapists. We are always happy to serve the women in our community to the level of their comfort and provide them with complete privacy while they are with us!
