Due to severe weather conditions, Array Primary Care will be closed for in-person visits today. We want to keep our staff and patients safe and off of the icy roads! However, we are still offering telehealth appointments to ensure your healthcare needs are met.

Please note that we currently have only one staff member working remotely to assist you. We kindly ask for your patience as we answer your calls and concerns accordingly.
