Medical Assistant Program Scholarship

Three Students will be selected to start in our June 16th evening course.

Purpose:
This scholarship is designed to support aspiring healthcare professionals in completing an 8-month Medical Assistant program by providing financial assistance toward tuition. The goal is to remove financial barriers for students committed to entering the healthcare field with integrity and professionalism.

Scholarship Amount:
$3,500 (covers full tuition)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check (clear record required).
• Must be fully committed to completing the entire 8-month Medical Assistant program.
• Must provide documentation of:
o COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical exemption.
o TB skin test results.
o Hepatitis B vaccination record or signed declination form.

Financial Responsibilities of Awardee:
The student awarded the scholarship is responsible for:
• $100 non-refundable application fee
• $20 background check fee
• Navy Blue scrub uniform (2) and tennis shoes
• Clear Backpack
• Any additional costs related to health documentation (TB test, vaccines, exemptions, etc.)

Scholarship Terms:
• Failure to complete the 8-month program for any reason other than documented medical or emergency circumstances (e.g. death in immediate family, MVA, or chronic illness) will result in a prorated repayment of the scholarship based on the portion of the program not completed.
• Repayment will be made directly to the scholarship sponsor.

Application Process:
Applicants must submit the following:
1. Completed online application form.
2. Copy of high school diploma or GED.
3. Entrance Exam
4. Interview
5. Background check clearance.
6. Proof of required medical documentation.
7. Personal statement (300-500 words) outlining interest in the medical field and commitment to completing the program.
8. Notify the school of your interest in attending our MA program.
