Trust your instincts to always help your child!
As a mom, the sound of your baby crying hits something deep inside you.
It’s not just noise,
it’s biology.
Every cell in your body tells you to comfort, protect, and make it stop.
That’s how we’re wired.
Yet somehow, society tells us to fight that instinct.
To “let them cry it out.”
To believe that responding with love will “spoil” them or make them needy.
But what exactly are we teaching them when we ignore their cries?
That comfort isn’t coming?
That their feelings don’t matter?
A baby’s cry can be overwhelming, yes especially when you’ve done everything you can think of.
But crying is communication.
It’s how they ask for help,
connection,
and reassurance.
So if your first instinct is to scoop them up and hold them close,
trust that instinct.
You were biologically designed to respond to your baby’s needs.
Don’t ever let anyone make you feel guilty for doing what mothers were born to do.
