Happening Next Saturday! Our first grief circle and sound bath at Forever And A Day in Woodstock, GA in the classroom. Finally! A safe place to process grief and reset your mind, body and soul. Be supported by like minded people. This session happens Saturday July 19th @ 2pm and it will be approximately 1 hour and a half.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided for the sound bath portion of the event. Bring pillows or anything else that will help you relax either during the sharing portion of the session or during the sound bath.

You can come and just listen or share about your grief. All are welcome here. This session is led by a trained peer support facilitator (Holly Levine) who believes that a space must first be safe in order for it to be healing. Her top priorities for holding space are is it safe, is it non-judgmental and is it compassionate.

In honor of the Stonewall Uprising and the generations of LGBTQ+ changemakers who paved the way, Vibrations of Liberation offers a space to reflect, release, and reconnect.

This special sound bath welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to rest in community and honor both the progress made and the work still ahead. Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to this powerful modality, this session invites your body and spirit to exhale.

You'll be immersed in the calming resonance of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, gong, and other sound healing instruments. Choose your comfort from soft floor mattresses, a zero-gravity chair, or a supportive memory foam seat.

✨ You’re invited to reflect on those who came before, but there's no pressure to do anything but rest.

✨ Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or comfort item that makes you feel at home (optional - pillows & blankets & mats provided).

Full Moon Intentions sound bath at our Decatur studio.
Moonrise will take place halfway through the soundbath as we manifest what we desire and let go of what no longer serves us. We leave renewed to the sight of this full "strawberry moon" in the "major lunar standstill" a phenomenon that only occurs once every 18.5 years.
