I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted here. 🙏

Truth is, I’ve stepped back from marketing, publicity, and the whole “hustle” thing.

Instead, I’ve leaned into the kind of business I’ve always wanted—one built on word-of-mouth and referrals. The people who need my work always seem to find me… and they do.
I have always known that but survival mode had me operating in opposition of that belief.

Over the last 16 months I’ve been working at some incredible luxury spas in the city, which has been such a gift—a reminder of my value, my worth, and the joy of working in spaces built on connection and mutual support.

I thrive in spaces and community where we can lift each other up while doing work we love.

And yes… I’m still in private practice. Always taking clients—it just sometimes takes a little schedule-juggling to make it happen. Massage, coaching, workshops, yoga… in person or virtual.

I’m still here and always will be holding the space and making sure you see your light ✨

You know how to find me 💜

Real healing doesn’t always look like progress.
Sometimes it’s just someone sitting with you in the dark,
not needing you to be okay.

The nervous system doesn’t need fixing.
It needs safety.
Presence.
Someone who won’t flinch.

Someone not to rush you toward the light,
but to stay steady while you find it.
Or don’t.

That’s enough.

Let’s be honest—just being human in the world right now is a lot for all of us.
Add in your lived experiences up to this point- and your body learns to stay on high alert.

Interoceptive anxiety happens when your brain senses a shift—your heart races, your stomach flips, your breath shortens—and it instantly decides something is wrong.
Even if you’re safe-
your body doesn’t feel safe.

Have you experienced this?
I definitely have and still do.

Here’s my most accessible practice when that inner alarm goes off:

One hand on my chest, one on my belly
Three slow breaths (longer on the exhale)
In my head or out loud-
“I’m safe in this moment. My body is trying to protect me.”

Not to bypass it, not to fix it—just to meet it with a breath.

And I come back to this:
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.” — Viktor Frankl

Sometimes that space is a breath.
Discernment can only come after the pause.
Not before.

Courage?
Surrender?
Maybe both.
Either way—it starts with breath.

I’m here with you.
I’m here for you.
You are not alone.
Just one breath away.

Hands over heart center.
Deep full inhale.
Open mouth audible sigh.

Fierce compassion isn’t soft—it’s steady.

When you’re resourced, your nervous system can meet hard moments with both clarity and care.

That’s the power of regulation.

Try this:
Place your hands on your arms and slowly stroke down from shoulders to elbows.
Breathe.
This self-havening touch signals safety.
From here, you can respond—not react.

One breath. One moment.
Every moment passes.

Resilience isn’t just about bouncing back.

It’s a range—some days, it’s standing strong in the storm, and other days, it’s taking one conscious breath before you decide your next step. 💜

It’s not all or nothing.
It’s fluid, shifting with your capacity, your energy, your nervous system.

Your resilience isn’t measured by how much you endure—it’s about how you recover, how you regulate, how you honor what you need before you break.🌊💜

One small tip:
If you’re feeling stretched thin, instead of pushing through, try resourcing. ✨

Pause for one deep breath- a full inhale and open mouth audible exhale,
Take a sip of water, (maybe even gargle the water)
Feel your feet planted to the earth.
Humm a song.
Stand outside feel the air for one minute.

One intentional moment can examine your capacity and soften the harshness.

Breathe. Connect. Transform.

No matter who we are we all have a story. Our minds, bodies and spirit carry each story and hold them close. Some of these stories propel us forward while others create what we call shadows in our lives. These shadows manifest as depression, health concerns, fear, anxiety and so on.

It is at the very top of my list to educate and hold space for people to recognize their innate ability to heal. I believe in the tremendous power of the human body. When we are able to take a step back and give ourselves permission to slow down we can listen with more intention to our physical, mental and emotional bodies, very profound things can happen. Sometimes we need some direction but it is ultimately up to us.

rayalife was founded to create a unique and personalized connection for you to find your own way through. I offer holistic coaching through a unique combination of dialoguing, breathwork, movement and bodywork to facilitate meaningful change. For those seeking a stronger connection to their inner light. I’ll help guide my clients beyond their vulnerablilies to become their best selves.
