What’s the first and most important step to positive change?
Self love! Too often we hear what people “hate” about their body, and want to change. But you can’t put hate in and expect love to come out.
Flip the script:

(Or I love my ___ (arms, legs) so I will make them strong”
💛“thank you body, I will fuel you with clean, vibrant foods”
