If your business or career is killing your nervous system, it’s not success—it’s just self-destruction in a better outfit.

If your water intake is “I had a sip with lunch” and you’re still confused why you’re sluggish by 3 p.m., congratulations: you’re a raisin.

Aim for half your body weight in ounces.

Your brain and kidneys will send you thank-you notes.

2. You’re “active”… but only when your smartwatch yells at you.

Walking five minutes because your wrist buzzed doesn’t count as a fitness routine.

Movement should be regular, intentional, and preferably not based on guilt from a piece of plastic.

3. You “cut carbs” but forgot about fiber.

Your body still needs complex carbs and fiber so you don’t turn into a bloated, irritable husk.
