A tiny ritual for when you feel scattered:

1) Open a window or step outside for 30 seconds.
2) Touch something solid (door frame, tree, countertop) and say: "I'm here."
3) Pick ONE task for the next 10 minutes.

In Norse lore, Freya's magic isn't about escaping life. It's about meeting it with your eyes open.

You don't need a perfect mood to start. You just need a next step.

A simple folk remedy for “my nerves are shot” days:

Salt + water.

If you can: take a quick salt bath.
If you can’t: wash your hands with salt and warm water and let it run a little longer than usual.

While you do it, say (out loud or in your head):
“Off me. Out of me. Not mine to carry.”

It’s not about being perfect or dramatic. It’s just a clean reset.
