Through this journey, she has found that her purpose is to help others to get balanced and find healing. In Kundalini Yoga we work to achieve the state of the neutral mind. Not that we do not have compassion for what is going on outside of us, but knowing as we work on healing ourselves, we contribute to the entire collective.
