that no one really talks about.

The kind that comes from loving someone
through illness…
from holding everything together
while your world quietly shifts underneath you.

I remember that space.

I lived it.

So I created something small, but meaningful.. 2 years after my caregiving journey ended on 3/29/2024.

🌻 Cups of Sunlight | Caregiver Support Initiative in honor of my husband, Jonny.. and the journey we walked together. What I carried, I now share as care. What we lived, becomes light for others.

With the full heart and support of Thyme 'N Again Apothecary, Jenn and I are honored to offer this to the caregivers in our community.

A gentle tea blend, a quiet offering, a small moment of being seen…
for those walking the long road of caregiving.

If you feel called, you can leave a donation,
or purchase the blend, named "While You Carry". Each one helps place a cup into the hands of someone who needs it too.
Leave a small comfort card with your donation or purchase in honor of a loved one, and feel the ripple of remembrance reach who its meant to reach. Thyme 'N Again will make donations monthly to those in our community.

Because even in the hardest seasons,

Get your tickets before they are gone!! This weekend, Obscura Paracon at NIU Altgeld Hall from 11am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday. Our workshop is Sunday morning at 11:30am. Buy your tickets online Friday, or at the door this weekend! See you there!

Ancestral Hearth: Herbs, Tea & Gentle Spirit Connection is an intimate, conversation-style gathering centered around shared tea, plant wisdom, and reverent remembrance. Rather than summoning or spectacle, this workshop offers a grounded, heart-centered approach to ancestral connection using gentle herbal allies and energetic protection. Participants will explore traditional ancestral herbs, reflect together in guided conversation, and create a take-home Ancestral Connection & Protection Salt to support safe, intentional remembrance. This space is designed to feel like sitting at a hearth...warm, respectful, and deeply human. No prior experience required. This season holds many names and many meanings, but at its heart it invites us into stillness, remembrance, and light returning. However you honor these days..through faith, family, ritual, rest, or quiet reflection...we send you love wrapped in warmth and gratitude.
Thank you for walking this path with us, for supporting our small apothecary, and for allowing our work to be part of your homes and rituals. You are deeply cherished.

✨ A gentle note: we will be closed this weekend as we step back to refill our cups, tend our families, and rest in the sacred pause of the season. We’ll return refreshed and grateful.
