Hippocrates is considered the “father of modern medicine” yet we’ve come SO incredibly far from this statement. He understood that the PERSON is more important than the DISEASE. We treat the person- as a whole- holisticly- to achieve health. Not the other way around. When I work with a client, i need to know symptoms, but also that persons environment, stress levels, emotional health, family, diet, exercise routine, etc. This information is important as well. I cannot help without knowledge of the whole person.
