Ballet Sculpt is a technical discipline inspired by Ballet, in particular the conditioning exercises at the barre. (accompanied by contemporary dance music)

It combines elements of dance, yoga & fitness to achieve a unique workout that is fun & sweaty!

It’s been so fun teaching this summer at Kim Kelly Fit in the Del Mar Plaza! ☀️👯‍♀️🎶🌊 Join me Monday & Wednesday @ 9:45am for a fluid workout inspired by music + dance (we even have disco lights ✨💃🏼✨).
